Meet Our Staff

Dan Pike of Land and Home Services, Unlimited/Dan Pike agency is a certified real property appraiser and active with the sale of homes, farmland and commercial property since 1981. He owns and operates Land & Home services Unlimited/Dan Pike Agency in Jackson, MN. Dan holds both Minnesota and Iowa licenses in order to better serve his clients.

Jo Schneekloth has been employed at Land & Home Services Unlimited since 1989. Her role here is that of Office Manager and Real Estate Closer. Jo says "Since working for Land & Home I have had the privilege of working all aspects of the real estate business. I thoroughly enjoy my role in helping customers/clients achieve their real estate dreams."

Sharon Anderson has been employed at Land & Home Services Unlimited, Dan Pike Agency since 1991. Sharon's enjoyment has been meeting people and helping with their real estate needs either buying or selling. "It is a pleasure to be part of this organization."

Rita Fransen has been a member of the Land & Home Services Real Estate Team since August of 1996. Coming back to the  Jackson area after 25 years away has been really enjoyable.
Working with hometown folks as well as new families relocating to the Jackson area has been challenging & exciting. "We have a great real estate team and our success shows it."

Ashley Pike has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2005 and has been actively working with our auction company for several years.  In January 2009, Ashley became licensed as a real estate broker in the state of Minnesota.  She brings a lifelong background into our business, growing up with her father’s involvement in the real estate & auction business.  In addition to working with our company, Ashley is pursuing a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.  She will continue to work with the auction and real estate companies, as much as possible, especially in the technology and accounting areas of the business.

Deb Buschena has joined our team in 2007 as a licensed real estate agent! The Buschena Family -Deb and John have lived in Jackson for 18 years. They have three children. Deb is looking forward to her new adventure as a Real Estate Agent and working with the Jackson and Lakefield areas.
